The following were approved:

  • Approval of Auditor’s ISSG CAMA System ($246,800). Staff explained that this is a web-based real property management system. It includes Computer-Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) and Property Taxation system. The two are fully integrated. This new system replaces the old MVP system that required five servers on-site, which will no longer be needed. The new system will be in place by January 2024. The vendor is an Ohio based company which has done many similar conversions from MVP.

  • Approval of Auditor’s Guardian Alarm Access Control System ($25,939). This is a cloud based key card system for the fiscal office, real estate, and map room. This system is already being used by the Prosecutor’s office.

  • Approval of Maintenance Brightly Software Inc. ($85,978.38). This system will be used by the Maintenance department for preventive maintenance scheduling and for tracking work orders. The insurance company pays half of the cost for this system.
